If you are a Citizen Potawatomi Nation Tribal Member, all information in this box must match the information in Tribal Rolls. All of this information is readily available on your Tribal ID card. If your name has changed but you never contacted Tribal Rolls to update it, you will use your maiden name. After you are registered, you will have a chance to update your name. Your profile will automatically reflect these changes.
